Where we ship

Dispatch

Delivery times and cost

Adult signature

Because these are age-restricted goods, deliveries may require an adult aged 21 or over to sign and show photographic ID. The carrier may refuse delivery if no eligible adult is available. Parcels are not left unattended.

If your order has not arrived

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable period with your order number and a photograph of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns of unwanted items

Refunds

Devices contain lithium batteries and should not be placed in household waste. Please use an appropriate battery or electrical waste recycling point.
