Age Policy

Geek Bar Vape Shop sells nicotine vaping products. These are age-restricted, and this policy explains who may buy from us and how we check.
Minimum age
You must be 21 years of age or older to browse, purchase, or receive products from this store. This reflects the United States federal minimum age for the sale of tobacco and nicotine products, which has been 21 since December 2019.
We do not sell to anyone under 21 under any circumstances, and we do not accept orders placed on behalf of someone under 21.
How we verify age
Age is checked at more than one point:
- On entry — an age confirmation is presented before the store can be browsed.
- At checkout — you must confirm you meet the minimum age before an order can be completed.
- On delivery — orders may require an adult signature and photographic ID at the door. The carrier may refuse delivery if ID cannot be produced.
A self-declared confirmation on a website is not, by itself, sufficient age verification. Where required, we use additional checks before an order is dispatched.
If we cannot verify your age
If we are unable to verify that you meet the minimum age, we will cancel the order and refund any payment taken. We may refuse service at our discretion.
Attempting to buy under age
Providing false information about your age in order to buy age-restricted products may be an offence. Orders identified as under-age will be cancelled, and we may decline future orders from the same person, address, or payment method.
Keep products away from children
Nicotine is toxic if swallowed. Keep all products, pods and packaging out of the reach of children and pets. If a child swallows or comes into contact with e-liquid, seek medical advice immediately.
